🥗 Healthy Eating: My Way, My Rules
I used to follow every diet trend out there, but nothing stuck. It wasn’t until I ditched seed oils and ultra-processed white flour that I saw real change. Now, I eat clean, whole foods with good fats — and my energy and skin thank me daily. I’m not perfect (who is?), but I’ve never felt more in control of what I put in my body. If I can share one thing, it’s this: food should feel good after you eat it, not just during. In addition to healthy lifestyle choices, I’ve also adopted 20-hour intermittent fasting as a way to regulate my insulin resistance , support my hormones, and simplify my relationship with food. Pairing that with a focus on eating more healthy fats and eliminating harmful seed oils has been a game changer for my health and clarity. 🌍 Travel to Reset: Not Just Vacations, but Healing Moments
Travel isn’t just about taking pretty pictures or ticking destinations off a list — it’s how I reset mentally and emotionally. Whether it’s a hidden coastal town in Italy or a spontaneous weekend road trip, I travel to reconnect with myself. Every trip gives me a new perspective and a break from the hustle. I’ll be sharing places that help me breathe deeper and think clearer — because I believe we all need that.
💰 Smart Investing: Baby Steps That Add Up

I’m all about investing in simple, tangible things — even if it’s small to start. From Roth IRAs to real estate to passive income streams, I’m figuring it out piece by piece and sharing that journey here. If I can do it, so can you.
